Payment Policies
Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $300.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 3 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGE REQUEST
Beyond the Sea will give a full refund for cancellation 48 hours before the arrival date, less a 10% cancellation fee on the deposits paid. Guests may not be entitled to any refund for cancellations fewer than 24 before the arrival date. All cancellations and requests for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons in your group) must be made in writing or faxed, emailed, or mailed to us promptly.
For reservation change requests, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee such requests can be met. Beyond the Sea suggests travel insurance to protect against unexpected events.
