Is Beyond the Sea All Inclusive?
The Reef Restaurant on property provides a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Our goal is to ensure a satisfying dining experience for every guest, meeting all your nutritional needs with quality and care. Please note that meals at The Reef Restaurant are not included in your stay and must be paid for separately.
What amenities are included in the rooms?
Free Wi-Fi, IPTV Services, Blow Dryer, Keurig Coffee Maker, Robe, Slippers, and Mini-Fridge with complimentary drinks.
Does Beyond the Sea offer complimentary airport transfers?
No, we do not offer complimentary airport transportation services. However, you can inquire about the cost for airport transfers by contacting us at info@beyondtheseaja.com or by calling any of the phone numbers listed at the bottom of our website. Our staff will be happy to assist you with arranging your transportation.
Can I arrange tours and excursions through Beyond the Sea?
Absolutely! Tours and excursions can be requested via info@beyondtheseaja.com or in person with our front office team.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Free parking is available to all Registered Guests.
Is there a beach at Beyond the Sea?
There is no beach at Beyond the Sea. However, Registered Guests may utilize the Rose Hall Beach Club, to which complimentary roundtrip transfers are available.
Are there nearby attractions or beaches?
A few of the nearby attractions are Cinnamon Hill Golf Course, Rose Hall Great House, Montego Bay Convention Center, Scotchies Jerk Center and more.
Are pets allowed at Beyond the Sea?
At Beyond the Sea, we adore our furry friends but, unfortunately, we do not allow pets at our hotel, with the exception of service animals. We hope this does not deter you from considering us for your stay and look forward to welcoming you to our hotel
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
Can I host events at Beyond the Sea?
Absolutely! Please e-mail dcc@beyondtheseaja.com to receive more information about our venue rental, wedding, and photography/filming packages.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
All rooms are air conditioned.
What payment methods are acceptable?
Acceptable payment methods include credit card and debit card.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay requirement for each room is 2 nights.
Do children under the age of 12 stay free?
Rooms are rented on a per night basis and not per person.
Is there a pool at Beyond the Sea?
There is a 5’ deep Jacuzzi Pool on property.

How many rooms are at the hotel?
Our property features 6 double occupancy bedrooms and 2 fully furnished suites that can accommodate up to 4 guests each.
Is Wi-Fi offered throughout the hotel, and is there an additional cost for this service? ?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available everywhere on property and it is free (no additional charge).
Do you offer room service?
Yes, we provide room service for our guests during specified hours. Please contact the front desk to arrange your in-room meals.
