Is Beyond the Sea All Inclusive?
Beyond The Sea is not an all-inclusive property. These are the options provided.
Meal options include:
Private Chef Services
Available in Townhomes 1 and 2, which include a full kitchen and living area where your group can dine comfortably with a private chef.
In-House Catering
We can also arrange in-house catering for meals such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
More information can be provided after booking as been confirmed.
What amenities are included in the rooms?
Free Wi-Fi, IPTV Services, Blow Dryer, Keurig Coffee Maker, and Mini-Fridge with complimentary drinks.
Does Beyond the Sea offer complimentary airport transfers?
No, we do not offer complimentary airport transportation services. Please review the prices for Airport Transportation on our Transportation Rates page.
Can I arrange tours and excursions through Beyond the Sea?
Absolutely! Tours and excursions can be requested via info@beyondtheseaja.com or in person with our front office team.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Free parking is available to all Registered Guests.
Is there a beach at Beyond the Sea?
Beyond the Sea is not a beachfront property. Registered guests are granted complimentary access to Rose Hall Beach Club. Complimentary shuttle to and from the beach departs at 10:00 a.m. and returns at 4:30 p.m. – 2-hour notice is required if you require transportation. Guests may arrange their own transportation if they wish to return before, during, or after these times.
Are there nearby attractions or beaches?
A few of the nearby attractions are Cinnamon Hill Golf Course, Rose Hall Great House, Scotchies Jerk Center and more.
Are pets allowed at Beyond the Sea?
At Beyond the Sea, we adore our furry friends but, unfortunately, we do not allow pets at our hotel, with the exception of service animals. We hope this does not deter you from considering us for your stay and look forward to welcoming you to our hotel.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
CAN I CHECK-IN EARLY OR CHECK-OUT LATE?
If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, it is available for an additional $25 per hour, subject to availability. Otherwise, you are welcome to stay on the property before or after your check-in/check-out time. Prior approval is required.
Can I host events at Beyond the Sea?
Absolutely! Please e-mail dcc@beyondtheseaja.com to receive more information about our venue rental, wedding, and photography/filming packages.
Is smoking allowed on property?
Smoking is not permitted inside any rooms on property. There are designated smoking areas for guests.
Is the property safe?
Yes, the property is located on a secure hilltop with gated access.

Do you provide linens and towels?
Yes, fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests:

• Towel change: Day 3 (minimum 4-night stay required)
• Linen change + light clean: Day 4 (minimum 6-night stay required)
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
All rooms are air conditioned.
What payment methods are acceptable?
Acceptable payment methods include credit card and debit card.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay for rooms #3 – #8 is 1 night. The minimum stay requirement for Townhome 1 and Townhome 2 room is 2 nights.
Do children under the age of 12 stay free?
Rooms are rented on a per night basis and not per person.
Is there a pool at Beyond the Sea?
There is a 5’ deep Jacuzzi Pool on property.

Is there a spa at Beyond the Sea?
Spa services are offered and must be arranged and reserved during the booking process. Please view our Nail Services and Massage Therapy prices here. Please contact dcc@beyondtheseaja.com to reserve any spa services.
How many rooms are at the hotel?
In total, there are 10 rooms at the hotel. Our property features 6 double occupancy bedrooms and 2 fully furnished suites that can accommodate up to 4 guests each.
Is Wi-Fi offered throughout the hotel, and is there an additional cost for this service?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available everywhere on property and it is free (no additional charge). Wi-Fi password is available upon check-in.
What is your cancellation policy?
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 40 days prior to arrival. For direct bookings made more than 180 days in advance payments are instead payable in equal installments, as follows: 45 days prior to arrival; 15 days prior to arrival.
For stays booked on or after October 1, 2025:
• You can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as your check-in date is at least 7 days away.
• Cancel 14 days or more before check-in → Full refund, including taxes.
• Cancel between 7–14 days before check-in → You will receive a 50% refund plus all taxes refunded.
• Cancel less than 7 days before check-in → No refund for the stay, but taxes will be refunded.
Example Reservation:
• Booking date: May 8
• Check-in date: May 30
• Stay cost: $1,000
• Taxes: $100
• Total paid: $1,100
How the cancellation policy works:
• Cancel on May 9 (within 24 hours of booking)
→ Full refund of $1,100
• Cancel on May 15 (15 days before check-in)
→ Full refund of $1,100
• Cancel on May 20 (10 days before check-in)
→ 50% refund of stay ($500) + taxes refunded ($100)
→ Total refund = $600
• Cancel on May 24 (6 days before check-in)
→ No refund for the stay
→ Taxes refunded only ($100)
→ Total refund = $100 only.
