Booking Requirements
Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.
• Base rate includes 2 guests
• Additional guests incur a nightly fee
• Booking must reflect total number of guests at all times
• IDs required for all guests over age 12 (via check-in form)
Visitor Policy
Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property, any additional person found on property will be asked to leave.

This is an eco-friendly home. Management reserves the right to enter an empty unit if electrical are left on.
• Keep doors/windows closed when A/C is on
• A/C auto shuts off if:
• Doors/windows open (after 3 minutes)
• Room unoccupied (after 15 minutes)
• Turn off all electronics when leaving
• The water heater switch is located in the downstairs closet. The switch is the one on the right. Kindly turn off when not in use.
General House Rules

• Do not use bath towels for pool/beach
• Do not use towels to remove makeup
• Use garbage bags in all bins

Payment Policies
Payment in full is due upon booking.
For stays booked on or after October 1, 2025:
• You can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as your check-in date is at least 7 days away.
• Cancel 14 days or more before check-in → Full refund, including taxes.
• Cancel between 7–14 days before check-in → You will receive a 50% refund plus all taxes refunded.
• Cancel less than 7 days before check-in → No refund for the stay, but taxes will be refunded.

• Booking date: May 8
• Check-in date: May 30
• Stay cost: $1,000
• Taxes: $100
• Total paid: $1,100
How the cancellation policy works:
• Cancel on May 9 (within 24 hours of booking)
→ Full refund of $1,100
• Cancel on May 15 (15 days before check-in)
→ Full refund of $1,100
• Cancel on May 20 (10 days before check-in)
→ 50% refund of stay ($500) + taxes refunded ($100)
→ Total refund = $600
• Cancel on May 24 (6 days before check-in)
→ No refund for the stay
→ Taxes refunded only ($100)
→ Total refund = $100 only.

Visitor Policy
Only registered guests included on the confirmed reservation are permitted on the property.
Visitors must receive prior approval and provide valid ID before entering the property.
No unregistered guests or unauthorized visitors are allowed. Any additional persons found on the property without approval may be asked to leave.
Check-in is permitted only when the arriving guest count matches the confirmed reservation.
No visitors are permitted after 10:00 PM.
The total number of occupants must not exceed the number confirmed in the reservation unless previously approved.
House Rules
Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please maintain a respectful noise level at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
No pets allowed.
Please drink responsibly and be respectful to all staff, caretakers, neighbors, and property surroundings.
Do not use bath towels for the pool, beach, or makeup removal.
Use garbage bags in all bins and dispose of all trash and perishables before departure.
All dishes must be washed prior to checkout. (Suite 1 & 2 only)
