Guests are welcome to arrange their own transportation if they wish to arrive or depart outside of the scheduled shuttle times. A minimum of 2 hours' notice is required to reserve transportation through us.

Guest Policies

Booking Requirements
When booking, kindly ensure the correct number of guests has been selected.

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors, they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A government-issued photo ID is required for each visitor, and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.
• Base rate includes 2 guests
• Additional guests incur a nightly fee
• Booking must reflect the total number of guests at all times
• Additional guests must be added to the booking
• IDs required for all guests over age 12 via the check-in form

Visitor Policy
Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property. Any additional person found on property will be asked to leave.
• Visitors must be pre-approved with ID
• No unregistered guests allowed
• No visitors after 10:00 PM

• Towel change: Day 3 for qualifying stays; the original listing also notes towel change on the 4th day of stay

Energy & Safety Guidelines
This is an eco-friendly home. Management reserves the right to enter an empty unit if electrical items are left on.
• Keep doors/windows closed when A/C is on
• A/C auto shuts off if doors/windows are open after 3 minutes
• A/C auto shuts off if the room is unoccupied after 15 minutes
• Turn off all A/Cs, fans, electronics, and lights when leaving the home
• The water heater switch is located in the downstairs closet. The switch is the one on the right. Kindly turn it off when not in use.

General House Rules
• No smoking indoors
• Do not use bath towels for pool/beach use
• Do not use towels to remove makeup; specific makeup towels are provided
• Use garbage bags in all kitchen and bathroom bins
• Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers (Suite 1 & 2 only)
• Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited; please use the drying racks provided
